We want you to feel confident shopping with CoStar. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Item must not be damaged or altered
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are final sale:
- Accessories (including hats, beanies, and sunglasses)
- Any items marked as final sale
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item:
- Return your original item
- Place a new order
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
